Both options will display sales through your MLS, along with other transfers of ownership. You’ll learn how to leverage location, property characteristics, and the Home Improvement Value for more accurate and insightful reports. Next, we’ll dive into the power of Prospecting with the MLS Tax Suite. You’ll discover how to:

 • Select your criteria using filters and maps.

 • Further refine your results with advanced filtering.
